Planning to start your journey into Bitcoin? Looking to take full control of your coins? These steps can be intimidating, but we're here to offer personal support.

The BitBox02 Onboarding Bundle contains 1x BitBox02 and a personal onboarding call with an expert from our team. During the call we will guide you through the BitBox02 setup process and answer any questions you might have about the product or Bitcoin itself.
Before ordering, please pay attention to the following:

1. Languages: Currently we offer the calls in English & German
2. Timezone: Our team is based in Central Europe. Please order this bundle only if you can can make time for the call between 9am to 5pm CET, Monday through Friday.
3. BitBox02 Edition: When ordering please make sure that you select the right BitBox02 edition using the selector above. If you’re not sure which version is right for you, see here.

This is how it works:

1. You order the BitBox02 Onboarding Bundle in our shop
2. We ship the BitBox02 to you
3. Once the BitBox02 has been shipped you receive an email to book your call
4. We guide you through the BitBox02 setup and answer any questions you may have during the 1:1 call (45 min)

A couple rules for the call:

1. For liability purposes, the call may be recorded. You can keep your webcam on or off, however you prefer.
2. You can ask any questions about the BitBox products & Bitcoin itself but we cannot give investment/financial advice.
3. We will never ask you to share sensitive information with us such as passwords, private keys or seed phrases.
4. You need to book the onboarding call within 180 days of your purchase.
