Our personal support call is here to help. The BitBox customer support team will be happy to provide you with one-on-one assistance in a 45 min video call, that is tailored to your specific needs. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident using your BitBox. We will explain best practices and answer any questions you might want help with.

Before ordering, please consider to the following:
1. Languages: Currently, we offer the calls in English & German.
2. Timezone: Our team is based in Central Europe. Please only order this product if you can make time for the call between 9 am to 5 pm CET, Monday through Friday.
This is how it works:
1. You order the personal support call in our shop.
2. Within 24h you will receive an email to book your call.
3. Join the call at your pre-arranged time.
A couple of rules for the call:
1. For liability purposes, the call may be recorded. You can keep your webcam on or off if you prefer.
2. You can ask any question about the BitBox products & Bitcoin itself, but we cannot give investment or financial advice.
3. We will never ask you to share sensitive information, such as passwords, private keys, or seed phrases.
4. You need to book the call within 180 days of your purchase.
